About the game

Block Blast is a free block puzzle played on a grid. You get block shapes and fit them onto the board so that whole rows or columns fill up. A finished line vanishes and gives you room back.

Every piece you place takes up space, so the board tightens as the round goes on. Clear lines to raise your score, and watch the gaps: once there is no room left for the next shape, the round stops. It moves at your own pace, which makes it easy to pick up in a spare minute.

How to play

  • Move a block with your mouse, or with a finger on a touch screen, and drop it on the board.
  • Line the squares up so a complete row across or a complete column down forms.
  • A finished line disappears and frees space for the next pieces.
  • Clear as many lines as you can before the board runs out of room; more cleared lines mean a higher score.
