In a platform game you guide a character across each stage, and often the only control you need is a jump button. A few run on rhythm and penalise a tap made at the wrong time; others work as obstacle courses in which you climb, slide and avoid every hazard ahead. Timing, persistence and some recall are required, since most stages are beaten by running the same section again until you know it by heart.

For pace plus music, Geometry Dash: Infinity is worth a go, though a single slip puts you right back at the beginning. Obby: Climb and Slide combines ascents and slides for straight parkour, while Geometry Vibes offers a similar concept in a tidier style with brief stages. Pick one, memorise its pattern, then try the next.
